A Learning Community is a cohort of 8–12 multiplying churches, all at a similar stage, meeting three times over a year to solve real problems together. No experts on stage. No curriculum to follow. Just peer churches—curated and committed to doing the work together.

A real behind the scenes look

The churches in your cohort are at your size and scope, facing your problems, and motivated by the same mission. For most multiplying churches, this room doesn't exist anywhere else.

A facilitated process that works

Each meeting is designed for honest, practical problem-solving—not directive, top-down presentations. Send Multiplier facilitates. The churches in the room do the work.

Accountability to keep going

Peers who know your work are harder to drift from than a conference stage. The cohort is the check—not because it's programmed in, but because these people know you and support your action.

Frequently asked questions

  • Learning Communities are invitation-only. We identify and invite Multiplying Churches progressing on the Send Network Mobilization Pathway. If you're interested, fill out the form below and we'll be in touch.

  • Each gathering is organized around real challenges brought by the churches in the room. There is no set curriculum. The session is built around what your cohort is actually facing, and will always focus on evergreen principles of multiplication.

  • Three in-person gatherings over 12 months, intentionally spaced to keep you learning and moving forward.

  • For SBC churches, the cost for these events is subsidized through your giving to the Cooperative Program and Annie Armstrong.
