Network of Networks Gathering

December 2-4, 2025 | Houston, TX

The Send Mobilization team is excited to gather key partner networks together in Houston to 1) build relationship among network leaders, 2) gain exposure to innovation and innovators in network spaces, and 3) “think tank” on important problems network leaders are working to solve.

Gathering Event Flow

Day 1:  Church Planting Leaders Fellowship with Ed Stetzer

Exponential and Ed Stetzer are hosting an event for church planting leaders from across denominational tribes on December 2-3 in Houston. We will spend out first afternoon with them learning about Hybrid and mixed models of planting. We see strong value in interacting with Ed and in giving us all exposure to other guys leading church planting with other denominational tribes..

Day 2: Houston Church Planting Network

From our seat, what’s happening across churches and tribes in Houston is Kingdom-focused and significant. Clear Creek Church, led by Bruce Wesley and Chad Clarkston are guiding this movement. On the second day, we’ll join their 2-hour HPCN  lunch event and then spend time Bruce and Chad. We see time with them as super value as you build your networks.

Day 3: Engaging as Partner Networks

From the afternoon of day 2 through 2pm on Thursday, we’d then like to spend time with each other, working through guided conversations and tear sheet processes. We’d agree on topics ahead of time and we’d work with a few of you to build out the tools we process. This last day will happen at the Lanier Library & Learning Center.

Details & Logistics

  • Travel & Transporation

Flights - Send Network will reimburse one flight per network (up to $500). If you drive, we can reimburse mileage up to the same amount. We suggest traveling through George Bush Intercontinental Airport (IAH). *Reimbursement information will be sent upon confirmation of attendance*

Ground transport - The Mob team will have cars and we’ll chauffeur everyone for ease of travel.

  • Lodging & Meals

Housing - We have you covered! Our team will have an Airbnb or two for all of us to stay in together. If you’d rather do something else, that’s fine. But you’d miss some great connection time, and you’d need to cover that on your own dime.

Meals - We’ll cover group meals and have stellar snacks.

  • Costs & Other Details

Your costs - Travel meals and parking will be the only expense. Send Network will cover the rest through your investment in the Annie Armstrong offering.

Plus 1s  (optional) – We’re open to guys bringing a +1 if it is someone from your team who is conversant and will add value. But we’d like to keep the room as small as possible.
