  • WHAT IS IT?

    A three-day “behind the scenes” event designed to connect high-impact churches with leaders and innovations to grow and multiply churches. This Multiplier will be hosted at Cornerstone Church.

  • WHY SHOULD I ATTEND?

    The best learning comes from experience and interacting with peers solving similar problems you face. Leaders and event attendees will give your team access to best-in-class solutions and strategies to help you multiply disciples and churches.

  • WHO WILL BE THERE?

    This limited-invite event is for pastors, staff, and ministry leaders of high-impact churches. Participants are those who are effectively engaging their communities, developing leaders and scaling campuses and church plants. Attendees are “humble, hungry, smart” types.

Travel: If you choose to fly, we suggest traveling through Des Moines (DSM) Airport. It is then a 50 minute drive to Ames.

Lodging: We recommend finding a local hotel near the host church or an Airbnb for your team to stay.

  • For those moving toward planting, this track is focused on how to plant effectively and multiply from the start. Learn directly from top leaders within the Salt Company and Send Network who are actively planting and scaling healthy churches.

    You’ll gain practical insight on building teams, developing systems, and creating a culture of evangelism and discipleship that leads to long-term multiplication.

  • For established college ministry teams, this track is designed to sharpen how you reach and disciple students more effectively. Learn from Salt Company leaders who are seeing strong gospel movement on college campuses.

    You’ll walk away with practical strategies to engage students, develop leaders, and build a ministry that consistently multiplies on your campus and beyond.

  • This limited-invite event is for pastors, staff, and ministry leaders of high-impact churches. Participants are those who are effectively engaging their communities, developing leaders and scaling campuses and church plants. Attendees are “humble, hungry, smart” types.

  • Both the multiplier and learning community environment is built heavily around collaborative thinking and team-to-team discussion with the goal of solving problems your churches are facing right now.

  • All meals on-site will be provided by Send Network. This includes a lunch, a dinner, snacks, coffee, and drinks throughout the day (see schedule for provided meals). All other meals, lodging, and transportation are covered by participants. Please include allergies when registering, we will try our best to accommodate.

  • Transportation will not be provided. We recommend getting a rental car for your team.
